### What’s inside

**Panel 1 — Creation & Aesthetics of Vertical Shorts**  
How directors and showrunners design for 9:16: blocking and coverage that read on phones, hook density, lens & lighting choices, caption strategy, sound that carries on mobile, and a fast post pipeline.

**Panel 2 — Industry & Operations**  
The economics and distribution of vertical drama: greenlight math, UA vs. organic, platforms’ POV, monetization (IAP, ads, subs), content ops, data feedback loops, and international rollouts.
