Part II – California Privacy Rights

This California Privacy Rights Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Real Reel™ Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California. This Addendum is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”). In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the Privacy Policy, this Addendum shall control for California residents.

1. Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the preceding twelve (12) months, Real Reel may have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA:

• Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, IP address);
• Commercial information (e.g., subscription or purchase records);
• Internet or electronic network activity information (e.g., interaction with newsletters, reports, websites);
• Geolocation data (approximate location derived from IP address);
• Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information (e.g., event recordings);
• Professional or employment-related information (e.g., affiliation provided during registration);
• Inferences drawn from the above information to understand interests or usage patterns.

Real Reel does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics protected under California law.

2. Sources of Personal Information
